About the product

Please note that the products listed on our online store are also sold in our physical stores. Therefore, the stock status may differ depending on the timing of the online store's inventory update and your order.

The sales price is the displayed amount (inclusive of consumption tax). Please refer to each product page for details such as size and material.

Gift wrapping

We offer free simple packaging for all products. If you would like gift wrapping, please select the appropriate gift wrapping from the gift product list when placing your order.

Payment

We accept credit cards (VISA / MASTER / JCB / DINERS CLUB / American Express), bank transfers, and electronic payments (Apple Pay).

*As a general rule, we do not send credit card receipts for security reasons. We will use the statement of charges sent by your credit card company as your receipt. *
Depending on your usage situation, you may be asked to change to another payment method.
When making a payment, we will request authorization for your card on the website when you place your order. Please note that without this authorization, your card will not be used and your order will not be confirmed.

Bank transfer

Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Please note that if you pay by bank transfer and payment is not received within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled.

About Shipping

We will ship within seven days after payment confirmation. Please contact us separately for custom orders. If you pay by credit card, we can arrange shipping according to your desired arrival date and time from four days after your order. If no desired date is specified, we will ship within seven days. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, shipping will be arranged after payment confirmation. If we arrange for the product to be ordered, it will be shipped after the product arrives. Please note that if the delivery company's storage period has expired, fresh flowers will need to be purchased again.

Generally, we will send your order via Yamato Transport. (We are sorry, but we cannot accept requests from customers to specify which carrier we will use.)

Domestic delivery

Simple packaging (Nekopos):550 yen (flat rate nationwide)

Standard delivery (Yamato Transport)

1,100 yen (outside Honshu / 1,650 yen)

*Depending on the delivery area, weather, traffic conditions, etc., we may not be able to deliver within the specified time even if you specify a time.

Delivery time
If you do not specify a delivery date, we will generally ship your order as soon as possible. Your order will usually be shipped from Tokyo within 1 to 7 business days from the date of your order.
Depending on the product you order, the time of your order, or whether it is delivered early, we may not be able to meet your selected delivery date and time.
Delivery dates must be specified within 10 days of the order date. If you would like a delivery date after that, please place your order carefully.

Fresh flower delivery (Yamato Transport)

*Fresh flower delivery is limited to the Kanto and Kansai areas.

* Each bouquet will be shipped in one cardboard box. Please note that if you order multiple bouquets, shipping charges will be added for each bouquet ordered.
*If you wish, we will ship the flowers and send you a photo of them later.

How to check delivery status and change delivery address

Returns and Exchanges

SHIYA will only accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery in the event of a defective product or delivery issue.

To receive a full refund, all products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in their original protective packaging.

We do not currently offer free returns, so you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.

If you return an item, your refund will be applied to the payment method used for the purchase.

Please contact us at info@shiyajpn.com within 7 days of receiving your item and provide a detailed photo of the damage along with your order number. Please make sure your return has been processed before returning the item. Please note that for all international shipments, you are responsible for paying any customs duties and providing all documentation required by your country's customs.

If you refuse to pay the tax, the package will be returned to us and we will refund you the actual shipping costs charged by the carrier, minus the shipping costs to return the package to us.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.

*The color may appear different from the actual product depending on the viewing environment of the device you are using.

Please note that this will not be treated as a defect.

Repayment and re-delivery of fresh flowers

If the product is damaged or dead upon arrival, we will refund or resend it.

*Here, "return" means returning the product price to the customer after they have returned the product, "refund" means returning the product price without the customer having to return the product, "exchange" means sending the same product to the customer again after they have returned the product, and "resend" means sending the same product to the customer again without the customer having to return the product.

Please contact us at info@shiyajpn.com within two days of the expected delivery date and send us detailed photos of any damaged or dead areas along with your order number.

Please note that if the product is different from what you expected after arrival or if the defect is unavoidable due to the characteristics of the product, we may determine that the product warranty does not apply and we may not be able to meet your request.

Cancelling an order

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations, including changes to your registered name or delivery address. Please be sure to check the contents of your order before confirming it.
