Standard delivery: ¥1,100 for Honshu / ¥1,650 for Hokkaido, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa
International delivery: ¥2,500 for Asia (Taiwan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong); for other regions, the amounts shown on the Shipping page apply

Payment timing

Delivery timing

Orders are shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Custom and made-to-order items are shipped at the time communicated separately.

Returns and exchanges

Only in the case of a defective or damaged product, or an incorrect shipment, please contact us by email (info@shiyajpn.com) within 7 days of arrival. For unused products, we will respond with a refund or an exchange for the same product. The shipping cost of returns and exchanges is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Returns and exchanges for the customer's own reasons cannot be accepted. For fresh flowers, if they arrive damaged or wilted, we will respond with a refund or re-delivery.
