*If you would like to specify a date and time, we will only accept it from one week after the order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us first.
*We will deliver seasonal flowers according to the floral calendar. We will basically leave it up to you, but if you have any requests regarding color, image, etc., please write them in the comments section.

商品について
販売価格は表示された金額（表示価格・消費税込）といたします。サイズやマテリアル等の詳細は、各商品ページごとに掲載していますのでご確認ください。
ギフトラッピング
すべての商品は無料の簡易包装をご案内しています。ギフトラッピング希望の場合は、ギフト商品一覧から該当するギフトラッピングを選択してご注文ください。
立札、熨斗について
すべての商品に無料で立札、熨斗、メッセージカードをお付けすることが出来ます。ご注文の際の備考欄（明確な指示）にその旨をご記載ください。
配送について
入金確認後、7日以内に発送。特注品等に関しては別途相談。ご希望日指定なしの場合は7日以内に発送いたします。ただし、銀行振込によるお支払いを選択された場合は、入金確認後の発送手配となります。商品取り寄せ手配の場合は、商品入荷後の発送となります。配送業者の保管期間を過ぎると、生花の場合は再購入が必要となりますのでご了承くださいませ。
基本的にはヤマト運輸もしくは日本郵便でお送りします。（恐れ入りますが、お客様からの業者ご指定は承っておりません）
国内配送
簡易包装（クリックポスト）：500円（全国一律）A4サイズ程度・厚み2.5cm以内・重さ1kg以下
※｢お届け日指定」のご利用はできません。
通常配送（ヤマト運輸）
1,500円（本州以外／2,000円）

生花配送（ヤマト運輸）
2,000円（本州以外／2,500円）
チルド・大型の場合は、2,500円（本州以外／3,000円）
※6月〜9月の期間のご配送は自動的にチルド配送となります。
※贈りものの場合は、一つのお届け先ごとの配送となりますので、複数個オーダーいただいた場合の送料は、ご注文個数分加算させていただきますのであらかじめご了承ください。複数のお届け先がある場合は、大変お手数をお掛け致しますが、それぞれの配送先ごとにご注文いただけますよう、お願いいたします。
