At SHIYA, flowers are not treated as decoration.They are a form of practice—a way of inviting the presence of nature into space,and of quietly affecting both the environment and the body.
Through working with plants, we explore how attention, choice,and repeated gestures shape our perception of the world.
Across cultures and time, sensibilities meet, resonate,and give rise to new landscapes.
With this belief, SHIYA offers ongoing practices and exhibitions rooted in flowers, tea, incense, craft, and nature.
In addition, SHIYA creates floral arrangements for hotels, commercial spaces, shops, and private residences, working in harmony with the atmosphere and stillness of each place.

SHIYAは、花と工芸、手仕事を通して、日常の中に静かな循環の時間をひらくことを目指します。
自然のリズムに身を委ね、心と身体をほどき、調和を取り戻していく。SHIYAが届けたいのは、特別な非日常ではなく、文化を通じて感覚を調律し直すための、穏やかなひとときです。
草花を手に取る意味や、その持つ力に耳を澄ませながら、空間に自然の気配を迎え入れる。花は装飾ではなく、空間や人に静かに作用するひとつの行為として在ると、私は考えています。
国や時代を越えて受け継がれてきた感性が響き合い、そこから新たな風景が生まれていくこと。その循環を信じ、花、茶、香、工芸、自然と深く関わる時間を実践や展示というかたちで、定期的にひらいています。
また、その場に流れる静けさや空気に寄り添いながら、ホテルや商業空間、店舗、個人宅などへの花いけも行っています。
